On Friday 24th April the Annual Reigning Masters Degree took place
within Lodge St Servanus No.771.
The event was well attended by a good number of brethren from the various Lodges.
After the Lodge was opened by the host Master Brother Thomas Campbell
the Reigning Masters from the Province entered the Lodge and were warmly
welcomed by the Master. A deputation from the Provincial Grand Lodge of
Stirlingshire
A Deputation of eight from the Grand Lodge of Scotland headed on this occasion by the Worshipful Grand Senior Warden Brother Archibald Chalmers who was accompanied on the evening by Past Master/Senior Warden of Lodge Albert Edward No. 592 Brother James Forbes Stephen, were also welcomed by the Master.
After the formalities the Brethren witnessed a very well worked Entered Apprentice Degree carried out by the Reigning Masters of the Province who were present on Mr Robert Davidson.
At the conclusion of the ceremony Brother Davidson was congratulated and presented to the Brethren.
The Reigning Masters were congratulated by the Grand Senior Warden
and the Provincial Grand Master for all their efforts this evening.
After the Grand Lodge and Provincial Grand Lodge retired the Lodge was closed and all retired downstair to partake in the hospitality that was provided by Lodge St Servamus.
A fantastic sum of £1000:00 was raised and will be presented to the
nominated charity Makers Cafe, a Scottish Autism's Hub at a later date.
