PGLS Chromium Passport
At the Regular Communication of Provincial Grand
Lodge on Tuesday the 30th January 2024 it was agreed
to launch a Chromium Passport.
Simply, it is a document which any member of the craft, young or old,
newly admitted or long serving, can apply for.
The object is to get the relevant page signed
by the Secretary of every Stirlingshire Lodge you visit. Once you get
all 23 Lodges and Provincial Grand Lodge signed you will be rewarded and
become a member of an elite group.
As with all things there are rules which need
to be adhered to. They are as follows:
1. Cost of the passport is £10 and requires to be paid to PG
Treasurer before it is issued. Details of where to send the £10
will be provided when you make an application. When sending please
reference your "name" followed by "CP".
2. Application for a passport requires to be made to Brother
Graeme Russell via the online form. Click on link
below. The passport
will be issued as soon as possible via Royal Mail.
3. Date of visit requires to be recorded.
4. Visit requires to be signed off by the Secretary of the Lodge.
In his absence it may be signed by the RWM or Wardens.
5. A visit as part of a Grand Lodge or Provincial Grand Lodge
deputation cannot be used as a visit for this passport.
6. Lodge deputations to confer degrees, etc., can be used as a
visit.
7. Any monies left over will be donated to a charity at the
discretion of PGL.
These rules may be amended if found necessary.
To apply for a Passport please click on the
link below and submit it to Brother Graeme Russell who will get the
document out to you as soon as possible via Royal Mail. Please allow 10
days.
