Multiple Presentations at 312

At the Regular Meeting of Lodge Bannockburn Bruce and Thistle No 312 on Thursday 30th March 2023, in the presence of Provincial Grand Lodge of Stirlingshire there were several presentations made.

Firstly there were three long service diplomas presented. Unfortunately none of the recipients had been able to make it to the Lodge on the evening so they were accepted on there behalf by Past Master Brother John Davidson. The recipients were:

Brother Andrew Chapman McLeary PM, who was Master of the Lodge from1981 to 1982. 50 Year Diploma.

Brother James Norman Wilson PM, who was Master of the Lodge from 1980 to 1981. 50 Year Diploma.

It is the RWM's intention to visit these Brethren and present them with their Diplomas.

Brother William Campbell Newlands Master Mason 60 year Diploma. Brother Newlands is a member of Temple Manor Lodge No 8143 (EC) who will make the presentation on behalf of the Lodge

The Director of Ceremonies then presented RWM Brother David Stevenson and Past Master Brother Clint Swan.

With the permission of the RWM Past Master Brother Thomas J Campbell assumed the Chair of the Lodge and gave a resume of the Masonic careers of both Brethren, the work that both had done for the Lodge and their charitable efforts. Past Master Campbell, accompanied by Provincial Grand Master Brother Gordon Sewell, then presented both Brethren with distinguished Service Diplomas in recognition of their various contributions to the Lodge. Both were warmly congratulated by all present.

Both Brothers Stevenson and Swan suitably replied.
