The Provincial Grand Lodge of Stirlingshire |
10th June 2020
A few days ago PGL donated the remainder of the monies, £300, raised which was shared between Killearn, Balfron and Drymen Health Centres. Below is their response.
On behalf of all the partners and staff
at Killearn Health Centre I thank you for your kind donation to
the Health Centre. It is very much appreciated
In these uncertain times we will use
the funds to purchase equipment which will allow us to function
safely for both our staff and patients I will advise the
purchase at a later date
Again many thanks
Alasdair

RWPGM and PGM Dep presenting cheque to NHS
13th March 2020
A cheque for £1,050.00, being a donation to the National Health Service from the Provincial Grand Lodge of Stirlingshire, was deposited with them, today. On advice from the NHS Fundraiser, £525.00 will go to the procurement of Night Wear and £525.00 for Well Being Packs for the Staff. A further £300.00 will be disbursed in the West of the Province.
I have also included a letter from the Province to the NHS with a few (very well deserved) comments on their outstanding performance during this crisis.
The Right Worshipful Provincial Grand Master, Brother Alistair T. Marshall, takes this opportunity to offer a huge "thank you" to all parties that contributed this £1,350.00 to this most worthwhile (indeed critical) cause.
Nicol Scobbie
Provincial Grand Secretary of Stirlingshire.
