The Right Worshipful Provincial Grand Master Bro Alistair T Marshall along with the Provincial Grand Secretary Bro Nicol Scobbie attended the Installation of Lodge Tilbury No 2006 (EC) in Chingford on Saturday 4^th June 2016.
