The Provincial Charity Bowls Competition was played on Sunday 7th August at Falkirk Bowling Club today unfortunately in constant rain.

The host Lodge of the event this year was Lodge Callander No. 588.

The wet weather however only slightly dampened the spirits of the participants and after a long days competition the winners were Lodge Clackmannan No. 1303

The Runners-up were Lodge St. John Falkirk No. 16 (Team 1)

The beaten semi-finalists were Lodge Camelon No. 1456 and Lodge St. John Falkirk No.16 (Team 2)

The prizes were presented by Mrs. Elizabeth McKinnon wife of the RWPGM.
